Rate categories
One rate. Every product that uses it, re-priced.
Define a rate bucket once — "Gold 18K" at AED 213/gram — and link every gold-18 product to it. Update the rate tomorrow, every linked product re-prices instantly. No spreadsheets. No copy-paste.
- Material rates — gold, silver, copper, anything priced by weight + purity.
- Currency rates — 1 USD = 3.67 AED, so USD-costed imports can be sold in AED automatically.
- You're the source of truth. No external price feeds, no API fees, no surprises when a feed drifts.
- Each product shows: rate × weight + labor fee. Customers see the final price, merchants see the math.

Market hours
Don't quote gold at 2am.
Set open and close times per rate category, in your timezone. When a customer asks outside those hours, Sellfra either blocks the quote or delivers it with a "rate may have moved, confirm in the morning" disclaimer. Your call.
- Timezone-aware — merchant in Dubai quotes Dubai hours, merchant in Lagos quotes Lagos hours.
- Overnight shifts supported (open 22:00, close 03:00 next day — valid).
- Off-hours behavior:
block(no quote until markets open) ordisclaimer(quote + warning). - Weekend rules. Your gold supplier doesn't run on Saturday — Sellfra won't either.
Multi-currency
Your store in AED. Customers ask in USD. Same conversation.
Set your base currency and whichever currencies you're willing to accept. The AI handles the rest.
- Default to base.Every quote opens in your store's base currency.
- Asked about another currency? AI lists what you accept and asks which the customer prefers.
- Once they pick, it sticks. Rest of the conversation shows both converted and base-currency prices each turn.
- Unaccepted currency? AI apologizes and lists what you do accept — never makes up a rate.
