How does prorating work?
Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds for unused days.
What counts as a reply, and what are AI credits?
Only AI replies delivered to your customers count — incoming messages, spam and human replies are free. If you use up your allowance before your next billing date, add 1,000 / 3,000 / 10,000 AI credits ($9 / $19 / $49) without upgrading — 1 credit is 1 reply. Premium reply quality (our most capable model) uses 5 replies from your allowance, or 5 credits, per answer. If you run out, the AI pauses and customers are told a person will reply.
What payment methods do you support?
Stripe-backed: Visa, Mastercard, Amex. Apple Pay and Google Pay on mobile.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not for the MVP. We'll add annual with a 15% discount once we have enough monthly customers.
Which currencies do you bill in?
USD only for the subscription. Merchants can accept any currency from customers.
