What we collect, and what we don't.

What we collect:account email, channel OAuth tokens, message contents needed to reply, and standard usage analytics. That's the list.

What we don't:your customers' device IDs, location data, or anything beyond the message stream you authorize. We do not train shared foundation models on merchant data.

Your rights: ask us for a copy of your data at any time. When your subscription ends, your data is kept for 90 days in case you come back, then permanently deleted.

Third parties: Meta (Instagram + WhatsApp APIs), Telegram, AI model providers Google, OpenAI and Anthropic (generating and classifying replies, transcribing voice notes), Stripe (billing), Amazon Web Services (hosting, email, SMS). Full list at /subprocessors.
