What we collect, and what we don't.

What we collect:account email, channel OAuth tokens, message contents needed to reply, and standard usage analytics. That's the list.

What we don't:your customers' device IDs, location data, or anything beyond the message stream you authorize. We do not train shared foundation models on merchant data.

Your rights: export anytime from Settings → Data. Delete your account and all merchant data with a 14-day grace period.

Third parties: Meta (Instagram + WhatsApp APIs), Telegram, OpenAI / Anthropic (model inference — zero-retention contracts), Stripe (billing). Full list at /subprocessors.
